Industry Moves: Adchemy; AdExchanger; AdGooroo; UBM; PGOA

Some of the latest executive hiring and exits in the digital media and online content industry…

Adchemy: Kartik Ramakrishnan is now senior vice president and general manager of Adchemy Software. He comes from Yahoo, where he was vice president, engineering for Yahoo web and vertical search products. Prior to joining Yahoo, he was director of Middleware Platforms at Oracle.

AdExchanger: Founder John Ebbert grows the AdExchanger team with three new hires: Eric Klotz as CMO, Zach Rodgers as managing editor of and Natalie Sandoval as director of marketing. Klotz is formerly VP of global marketing and research at PubMatic. Rodgers previously was ME at Incisive Media’s ClickZ, and Sandoval comes from Google’s Admeld.

AdGooroo: The digital marketing intelligence provider has hired Gregg Hamilton as senior vice president, research & analytics and business development. He joins with 25 years of experience in WPP’s YOung & Rubicam family of agencies.

UBM plc: Dame Helen Alexander will join the board as a non-executive director. She will succeed John Botts as he retires as chairman following the company’s annual general meeting which will be held on May 11 2012. Dame Helen Alexander is chairman of the Port of London Authority, Incisive Media and deputy chairman of esure Group Holdings, a non-executive director at Rolls-Royce Group plc, and senior adviser to Bain Capital.

PGOA Media: Megan Sullivan has been appointed vice president of digital sales. Most recently, she was director of partnership sales and social media at Mom365.
