Samsung Galaxy Tab Coming to T-Mobile Nov. 10

The Samsung Galaxy Tab is poised to hit all four of the major carriers in the U. S., and today we learned T-Mobile will have it first on Nov. 10. The carrier isn’t divulging pricing yet, other than the statement on its website that the Tab will be available as low as $399.99 with a qualifying 2-year plan.

The Galaxy Tab is a 7-inch touch tablet based on Android (s goog) that’s shaping up to be a real competitor to the iPad (s aapl). Samsung has optimized the apps for the screen, which is larger than that found on smartphones, and the full Android Market is accessible. Our roundup of outlets to carry the Galaxy Tab shows that this starting price by T-Mobile is as cheap as that offered anywhere, although the carrier isn’t detailing the data plan pricing required to get that subsidized price. The T-Mobile model of the Tab has the advantage of the carrier’s high-speed HSPA+ network where available.
