Today, Steve Jobs takes to the stage to reveal the next iPhone (catch our live coverage here). Good timing too, since my first-gen model died yesterday. Will I spring for the new 4G? Almost assuredly, unless it comes up short in the eco-credentials or battery life departments. Maybe I’m still reeling from the shock, but “slumming it” on my old Sony Ericsson candy bar isn’t as bad as I thought it would be (and definitely not as costly). C’mon Steve, don’t disappoint!
