Top verticals for SaaS adoption
Thanks to its sheer size, the Software-as-a-Service segment is the driving force behind the growth in the other cloud categories. The following key verticals will drive adoption rates for cloud services: manufacturing, financial services, technology and government. According to a GigaOM Research forecast, these three were tied, at 20 percent, for top SaaS verticals.
