Today’s most disruptive forces on work
Large-scale and extremely powerful forces are rapidly changing today’s enterprise. The most disruptive of these new trends is the 3D workforce — that is, distributed, decentralized, and discontinuous work. In a GigaOM Research survey, 42 percent of respondents said this was the most disruptive force on the enterprise today.
