Social explorers’ digital paid-content use

Social explorers are at the vanguard of paid content. They markedly over-index on all forms of paid-content adoption, not only in comparison to overall consumers but also in relation to all media fan groups. Of the different types of content paid for, 28 percent of social explorers surveyed by GigaOM Research said music downloads were number one.
