Different-sized businesses support different types of apps
According to a recent GigaOM Research survey, 65 percent of respondents think that significant variations exist in the types of apps supported by different sizes of businesses in office productivity. Large enterprises are much more likely to support mobile communications apps, productivity apps, and desktop sharing and meetings apps on tablets. Medium-size enterprises showed much wider support for expense-tracking apps.
