Michael Wolf is an Analyst for Gigaom Research and the founder and Chief Analyst at NextMarket Insights, a market research firm focused on emerging consumer technologies and business models.
Previous to NextMarket, he was the founding Vice President of Research at Gigaom (where he is still a contributor and curator). At Gigaom, he helped create and launch the next-generation research product. Responsibilities include writing about consumer technology for Gigaom Research, oversight of editorial roadmap for all syndicated research verticals, analyst recruitment. He also created Gigaom’s popular thought leadership and marketing services programs (webinars, underwritten research). In 2012, he created the business plan and helped launch Gigaom’s books publishing business.
