John Verostek is an Analyst for Gigom Research whose market research and business strategy experience spans across emerging to mature markets covering topics including scenario planning, new product development, brand positioning, pricing, market segmentation, and customer satisfaction. Past clients include Microsoft, GE, IBM, Cisco, VMWare, and also startups in the “Data Science” and “Internet of Things” market spaces. Prior to his market research career he was an electrical engineer first at Texas Instruments and then Medtronic. His undergraduate degree was in Microelectronic Engineering, and later he obtained an MBA that extended into PhD studies in business strategy and innovation.
