A colo/cloud cocktail
In his Weekly Update, David Linthicum, Gigaom Research’s curator for cloud, offers an interesting recipe for ‘Mixing colocation and public cloud providers without getting a hangover’. He thinks smaller to mid-sized companies are most likely to imbibe, but larger enterprises could also see value in the combined services that the colo providers’ newly installed public cloud gateways are now making viable.
