What’s the first syllable of their name?

I would say that Netflix is such a large part of the Internet – generating a third of its traffic in the US – that it has connectivity needs that aren’t typical of the millions of web sites that seems to occupy the attention of the many Internet policy wonks who seem to understand the Internet more as a series of metaphors than a real system.
