iCloud beta now looks like iOS 7

The expunging of skeuomorphs from iCloud hints at what a new OS X is going to feel like. The beta.icloud.com site has been revved to look like iOS 7, with a new clean and flat design.

Here’s the iCloud Mail:

And the Calendar:

Which makes the leather stitching on Mac OS X painful to look at:

I also noticed that even in this rev, the only notion of ‘sharing’ support in the current beta of Pages is emailing a copy of the document, and only through an iCloud email account. And when I open that email — even in the iCloud Mail app — there is no option to open the file in the iCloud Pages app. It downloads to my desktop.

When will Apple get around to something to support cowork and coediting? Like sharing a link to the file and allowing others to read an comment on it, like Google Drive?
